Discovery health weight loss rewards app

The app was working fine until I updated it, now I'm supposed to start my next cycle of weight loss rewards and the app just won't work. I reported it and sent screen shots of the error, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've cleared the chache and done everything else they've asked me to do. Now they're asking me to send screen shots again. Please just update the app again to how it was before September, that version worked fine for the weight loss rewards. Thank you
