Discovery Health Sucks

My saga relates to a non payment by Discovery to my dentist dating back to 7 February 2023!!! I only found out about it in February this year, and after numerous calls and emails backwards and forwards Discovery finally admitted that the invoice should have been paid, and confirmed that my dentist would receive payment in the next few days. To date they have received precisely nothing. I followed up again and was again promised that it would be done. Again no payment was made. Today I phoned twice, both times holding for ages while continually being asked to stay patient. Both calls were finally answered, then I got cut cut off a few minutes into my explanation.

Discovery you are far off the standards we expect from supposedly one of the top medical aids in South Africa. Get your act together quickly please, because this is not acceptable.
