Discovery Health poor payment

Discovery after not paying around R3000 for medication after an emergency hospital admittance, though they have paid the hospital costs as far as I know. Due to COVID-19 I did not want to go out to the Doctor's rooms, I had a telephonic consultation with the Doctor. Discovery is not paying the consultation. Poor service as the telephonic consultation costs less than a physical consultation.
