Discovery Health and Huawei Devices

Dear Discovery Vitality

Your website says you have partnered with Huawei for fitness devices. https://www.discovery.co.za/vitality/huawei Nowhere on this page do you ever give a list of supported Huawei devices. You give the impression that all their new devices are supported. So I went to MAKRO and they sold me a Huawei Color Band A2 with the pretense that I could earn vitality points with said device. WRONG. The discovery app does not support it. All my steps and activities are never "synced" although the Huawei app is linked with the Discovery App. There is no mention or warning anywhere about the Huawei Color Band A2. Should I take this to the ombudsman?
