DISCOVERY HAS LOST THE PLOT

Trying to get into Discovery Bank has been I spoke to a young woman by the name of Gwen and asked a simple question: If I open a savings account with Discovery Bank will I be eligible for vitality? 21 minutes on the call later I still have no idea. She spoke a lot but I couldn't get an answer.

What's worse this was my second attempt at joining Discovery Bank. The last time I got such rude treatment I asked for a manager but held on the manager queue and the "manager" I spoke to promised to investigate and come back to me to date I'm still waiting and this was months ago
