Discovery full off promises but pathetic on service

My gym vissits does not reflect, the same goes for my feul rewards, i have installed a dq tracker and cant acsess my info. I have lodge two complaints on Discoverys website, and all i get is a lame automated response. I called the call centre also with no success, and the broker is that i used comes up with the biggest nonensens and is of absolutely no use. Pathetic
