Discovery Flight Booster not paid out

I've been struggling to get my flight booster paid out. I was told via telephone that it will be paid on the 8th of November. I've sent numerous emails, and called two times since then to follow up. And every time I'm just being told to wait another 3 - 5 working days. I've got reference numbers for all three calls, which I am happy to share. It's been 12 days since the payout was supposed to happen - this is unacceptable. I told the consultant in my last telephone call that if this is not resolved mid-week, I'm canceling my Vitality, and other Discovery products.
