Discovery fails again!

Sick to death of Discovery! They entrap you with their products & enforce a tiered system of points acquisition but their products fail! For the last month my husband & I have been trying to activate the weight loss rewards- it has been escalated but still no resolution! There is no direct person or email solution- merely a ‘we will get back to you’! Still nothing, the year marches to a close and WE are the ones that will bear the brunt of points not reached due to THEIR GLITCHES. After speaking at length to friends I have found this is not isolated! Sies Discovery! You money grabbing bullies!!!!!
