Discovery Error 500 Incompetence

If I see Error 500 on the Vitality site one more time I will freak. You have been “FIXING” this error for a month now and still doesn’t work. I know we pay enough high premiums that a company of your size should have resolved this with a competent team by now, if not hire a firm to sort it out. No stupid, *********** generic answers will fix this, I have spoken to numerous consultants and emailed on numerous occassiins with the same pathetic answer. I want a SLA that will be stuck too!
