Discovery erroneously cancel Vitality

In December Discovery erroneously cancelled my Vitality. I am on Diamond status and my Vitality is linked to my Discovery Life and Discovery Card. I have been on Diamond for 8 of the 10 years I have been with Discovery. In December \human error"meant that my Vitality was cancelled. They admitted the mistake and said it had been resolved. Come 1 January and my Vitality is cancelled again (again not by me). I cannot book flights with Kulula"
