Discovery does not care about you

I have reported that i cannot activate the Dis-Chem benefit on the 2020-08-12. Eighteen days later and you cannot get someone looking after your website to fix this. I also asked for a work around and that was declined. Surely if the reason for this issue is not by my action you should be willing to accommodate me. I have no hope that discovery will answer this after looking at this page When a company is to big to resolve issues here you must know
