Discovery does not care about its customers

This is the third time im writing on hello peter regarding your service

i am still waiting for some to unlock my discovery digital acc... no one has called me to resolved the issue

whats the point of having vitality if i cant make use of it ...please resolve this ASAP as im thinking of cancelling my subscription
