Discovery Customer Service the worst!!

Discovery has the WORST Customer service ever!!!! They do NOT read the complaint, they do NOT resolve the issues and they only give you a generic answer without addressing the complaint and or issue!!!! Discovery I really like your products but for Pete's sake get your customer service in line with your image and brand!!! I have sent 3 emails and still no resolution and getting my smoothie voucher fixed, that did not work. Imagine my embarrassment standing in the line to get my smoothie only to be told my "Valid" voucher does not work.
