Discovery customer service tanking fast…

Absolutely shocking service (or rather lack thereof!) from the cashback service centre. I am waiting for cash back from July 2024!!! They are incapable of paying over the money (intentional…?) . Every excuse is used in the book, then they play dead… no feedback given . I have over R6000 outstanding and nothing is done about it. Atrocious service.
