Discovery customer service is pathetic

Earlier in the week my daughter tried to book movie tickets with the Vitality Kids and Vitality discounts, only to encounter an error that our cards are nor valid or something to that effect. This morning I went onto the Discovery website, only to find that the Ster Kinekor benefit was no longer active (well, I presume that's the case, because there was only an option to activate the benefit, which I promptly tried to do, but it failed). I then tried the chat bot - it gave an error that it was currently not available! I tried registering for the WhatsApp chat - that was also down! I then called, and wading my way through the IVR, got to the point where the system gave me the option to 'join Vitality' or 'find out more about Vitality'. I chose the latter, and was prompted to enter my cell number. No option to speak to anyone. So I called back and chose 'join Vitality', even though I've been a member for 20 years, just so I could speak to someone. That someone informed me their system was down, and she'd call me back! She eventually did call me back, about 5 hours later, and after she put me through to the 'services department' I was cut off, after a recoded message told me the 'number was invalid'! You are an absolute joke Discovery!!! Pathetic!!! I've now paid full price for the tickets, which you can refund me. Please escalate this to a manager to explain how this comedy of errors is acceptable for a company that makes billions in profits?
