Discovery customer service is ****

Discovery has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have called about the same query since Oct 2018 and I am still going up and down around this query till now with no resolution. Had a call from so called head office promising someone will call me but nothing and a week has past. This is such **** service and frustrating
