Discovery-Corporate bully.

I have reported a problem with vitality nearly a month ago, and nothing has come from it, I have tried, tried and again, yet they are basically ignoring me with ZERO results. I have loads of feedback from them. My Vitality/Garmin connect app stopped working, I have not changed anything but yet it did. I have begged discovery for assistance. I have threatened to close my Discovery bank account to DB and they promised assistance with ZERO feedback. I asked my Discovery Broker for help, he did and the person he referred me to has not bothered. My broker and I have since stopped our relationship, because of vitality. I have several references from Vitality, with ZERO assistance, just empty promises and Feedback that I could not belive. Vitalty is trying to tell me that there is a clash with Strava and Garmin, how the hell. I have manually submitted my excercises to Vitality on several occasions and they just refuse to load it manually. The past 4 weeks I have not made my Vitality exercise points, it is because Vitality is not assisting to repair my link to them. I had to ask Garmin to help me and they did. It is a royal shame Discovery, that you treat /ignore a client as such. Corprtae bully.
