Discovery consultants useless once more!

I called in Discovery to remove a dependent from my Vitality but the consultant told me that's not possible because the dependant is on my life policy, which is incorrect cause I am the one on the life policy and unfortunately I have to come here to escalate the matter because the consultant didnt bother in investigating further.
