Discovery - Confusing Gym visits

Confusing Gym visits. Discovery app in March 2019 indicated that I had to do 4 visits before the end of April 2019, in April the app indicates that I need to do 12 visits before the end of May 2019.

I believe the 12 month rolling period Discovery mentions on their app is not the date in which you started going to gym.

Tried discussing this with them, you need to be a rocket scientist to understand their explanation, which only they seem to understand.
