Discovery Cheats ! Nothing resolved. Unfair !

My diamond has been removed without notice. On my app, it does not state number of days to expiry instead, it states "0 days to expiry" for my points and diamond. I have contacted Discovery and they have not resolved it. I sent a screenshot and still nothing. Now today, my free play at the game board has been removed from last week! How disturbing to see a so called company like this treats its customers. A business is successful when one does not CHEAT, let alone not put the customers first. Don't have customer service if you fail to provide assistance. Totally disappointing!
