Discovery Changing Goalposts

Discovery Vitality fails to deliver yet again and have actually stooped to new low. Besides them not responding to queries logged on their website they now seem to have made it intentionally more difficult for achieve your goals when they notice that you are consistently meeting your goals and they have to reward you for them. I've been a loyal patron for time immemorial and it's seem they reward loyalty by making it difficult for you especially when you make positive changes.

My Fitness Points Target was at 700 for years on end. I recently subscribed to Flight Booster and guess what..... almost immediately my Target was shifted to 700. This has highly prejudiced myself and has not made it very difficult if not impossible to achieve this goal and obtain any rewards. It seems that this is their intention to make achieving goals as difficult as they can. I'm almost willing to bet that if I had not subscribed to Flight Booster then my target would definitely NOT have moved to 750!!!

I'm sure Discovery will come up with glorified excuses (and downright lies IMHO) to state that they are doing this in the clients interests and they are looking out for clients but in fact they are only looking out for themselves!!! It was so blatant and downright disgusting to notice how quickly they raised the target when I subscribed to Flight Booster ... that was very sly and cunning and downright devious!!!
