Discovery CashBack Blunders

Shoe Booster! Cash back! Healthy Gear! Great catch words Discovery but clearly your systems where nowhere near ready to support these concepts when you went to market.

More than a month ago, I alerted Discovery to the fact that the Shoe Booster cashbacks didn't appear to be reflecting in my account. I am still waiting for money that was due to me more than 11 months ago. Despite this inadequacy on Discovery's part, I was then advised that my Healthy Gear card hadn't been properly loaded on their system and I am still waiting for a full account statement indicating what was purchased and what cashbacks were processed; if any! Stating that your partners can't access their account histories is not my problem. You offered the rewards and you need to quantify them! Not me!

You can only apologise for a lack of feedback so many times before it becomes very clear you actually have no intention of addressing the matter. And quite honestly given my Discovery profile, I am appalled that it has come this.
