Discovery cash backs not received for over 6 months now

Discovery boasts great incentives and does bold advertising to attract new clients, but after you have signed up and when it comes to actually fulfilling those promises Discovery leave you begging and wasting all your time with a terrible lack of support. I am due cash backs from Discovery Vitality rewards that date back to October 2019, that's over 6 months now. I have queried this multiple times, made over 50 calls, spoke to multiple "team leaders", posted on social media, but just keep on getting told that their system developers are working on fixing the problem but they can't confirm when it will be resolved! For over 6 months now?! That is just unacceptable. And this was not an isolated issue, since then I have 3 other cash back payments that haven't come through. My parents also have about 5 cash back payments that Discovery vitality that has paid! I have spent more time and money chasing up on all my cash backs that I question why I continue following up, but as a matter of principle I feel Discovery Vitality should fulfil their promises and not advertise falsely just to lure new customers in!
