Discovery Card with Healthy Gear no cash-back?

I bought a pair of asics gel-pulse 7 at Sportsmans Warehouse at Tygervalley in August 2015 for R1400<br> <br> Having been promised a 25% cashback on my Healthy Gear Card (Card No: ***), I decided to buy the trainers with my Discovery Card<br> <br> Since then I've been waiting for the R350 cashback to be credited to my account, but thus far I haven't received anything. I've also spoken to my Discovery representative & she has followed up more than 5 times to see what has happened. And still nothing?<br> <br> Is this 25% cashback false advertising? Or is discovery just incredibly slow in refunding the 25%?
