Discovery cant read and do basic maths

After sending my query through to discovery as to why I have not received my vitality points. I received lots of emails that showed they were not reading my mails. <br> <br> The last mail as to why the points have not been allocated got me very concerned. The mail stated the following \the screen shots you have sent us includes the distance, pace and date only. From this information we will not be able to calculate your speed
