Discovery Can't Count to 24

Apple Watch Benefit: Got watch on 8 Dec '15. Evaluation period from Jan '16 to Dec '17: 24 months. Billing runs a month after each evaluation period, meaning the last billing (for Dec '17) occurred on 11 Jan '18. Currently no outstanding amount, and the benefit is complete, yet Discovery doesn't allow me to get the next Apple Watch until 1 Feb '18. Some Discovery Consultants even claim my benefit only ends on 28 Feb 2018 - that is 26.5 MONTHS after obtaining the first Watch, which is, to explain it for Discovery, MORE than 24 months. How can a multibillion rand company like Discovery get something as simple as this so wrong?
