Discovery cancels my Virgin membership

Discovery decided to cancel my Lifetime Membership with Virgin Active after 7 years of being with them.<br> When I phoned the call centre and asked to speak to a manager, the response was that they were all off duty.<br> I was then promised a call back the next day, I have yet to receive that call.<br> What I want to know is why do they promise these great \benefits"and continue to disappoint us and not keep to their word.<br> NOT IMPRESSED. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Life to Discovery Vitality &amp"
