Discovery blatantly allocating less points as set in Vitality rules
Discovery Vitality does not allocate points correctly as per their policy. I provided info and proof of this and still they are not fixing the problem. For Vitality members who need to stay on Diamond status, it is becoming increasingly tougher to get points. But now even if you are suppose to receive points according to their policy they neglect to do so! Here is my example, which is the second time I encounter this(well what I took time to investigate in, there is more). On 18 May 2018 I trained for 2hours40min46seconds. In this session, I trained concurrently for 37min30sec in 80% plus of my max heart rate. Discovery vitality's policy is that you have to train in that zone for a minimum of 30min in order to get 300points. According to Discovery I only earned 100points because my ave heart rate was between 60 and 69%. This is however true for the full training session of 2h40m46s. If I had split up this session into 2 sessions in other words I recorded only my 37min30sec, Discovery would have given me 300points. But now I did 37min in 80%plus zone and I added weight training after that to get to 2h40m46s and I get allocated 100points???? I trained in the set heart rate zone plus I did other training, in this case weight training, and I get penalised for an ave heart rate of 60-69% over more than 2 hours of training. It is blatant that Discovery does not fix this after I spoke to them about this on a previous occasion. On 30 April 2018 I had the same issue and phoned Discovery Vitality because I got allocated only 100points for a concurrent 32min50sec trained in 80% plus max heart rate zone in a total training session that lasted 1h22m34s. They fixed the problem by giving me the 300points but they never fixed the issue that is causing Vitality members to lose points and not reaching their targets. People must be more vigilant about this when they train to earn Vitality points and must make sure they get allocated correct points as set by Discovery, this is a sneaky ploy they avoid fixing as it is costing them money the more people reach their targets. Please be attend to this!
