Discovery bank will use you and ***** your money ,

I want to bring to your attention an issue with a bank. It seems like they are taking money from my bank account without a proper explanation. I trusted this bank with my money, only to find out that they might be taking it without authorization. I switched from FNB to Discovery Bank because of bank charges, but now Discovery Bank has also taken money from my account without a satisfactory explanation. When I called their call center for help, they told me it's according to their rules and that they don't care about me as a client. It feels like they can take money from my account whenever they want, and I have no say in the matter.

Ruth, the manager I spoke to, is so rude. They changed my bank account without my consent.
