Discovery Bank in Partnership with Discovery Travell - a complete farce.

I have been trying to resolve the refund of my kalula refund since June of this year. I have emailed Vitality Travel queries, I have emailed the banking enquiries, I have tried calling in and have sat on the helpline which goes un answered for what amounts to hours now.

Discovery claims that they have paid out my claim however to date there has been no deposit in my Discovery Bank account which I open SOLEY to process this refund.

The customer service is not even pathetic. IT is not existant. What does a customer have to do in order to get more than an automatic email reply.
