Discovery Apple Watch benefit is a farce

Paid a co-payment to discovery vitality for the Apple Watch benefit 3 weeks ago. The app indicated I had 90 days to pick the watch up. I decided to wait for the series 6 once I heard of its release, I called the call center to confirm and it was acceptable. The co-payment is the same for series 6 and the previous models(5 and 3). When I decided to pick the watch from iStore, I was told the activation code was for arrow 5 and 3 only, yet the co-payment is same for both models.

Tried calling discovery call center, they are totally *********** and lacked knowledge of the product. I waited on the call for over an hour with me getting pushed from one department to the next.

I’m so frustrated and disappointed, firstly with their dishonesty and lack of knowledge. How can this be? I essentially have another 2 months to collect a watch, the series 5 and 3 will be obsolete by that time!!!!!!! ***** and pathetic service.
