Discovery App will not synch to Huawei Health App - its been 6 weeks.!!!!!!!!!!!

Discovery Vitality Health App. Fitness Device : Huawei Band A2. Unable to synch the information on the Huawei Health App to the Discovery Health App. I have options on the Discovery Health App to Link the Device or Delink the Device, but no option to synch it. The same problems occur on the Vitality Website. I raised this with Discovery a week ago, on behalf of my husband, David Ford, and we have had no response whatsoever.
