Discovery App - Vitality Active Rewards

After reporting that discovery's app does not work, I was contacted and asked to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did. The app does not add points scored from my fitness device or from gym visits,yet these activities are recorded on the vitality website. The app is bugged/flawed.
