Discovery App NEVER Works.

Hi,

The only reason we have vitality is because of the benefits and rewards you get for living a healthy lifestyle. However, the app never works and never syncs with my device. I meet my target every week. I make an effort to do that. And then after 2-3 weeks you never meet you target because your app is stuffed and then loosed the rewards. Only for Discovery to make more money off you. And then they want to say that there are billions of rands of rewards not used. Obviously they pocketing this profits.

Discovery may be the biggest medical aid, but they are useless at providing a decent service to it's customers. More and more people are getting ribbed and ****med by Discovery.

Does it take 2 weeks ti fix a bug on your up, or is it a delay tactic not to pay our rewards. Please wake up Discovery.
