discovery app keeps on crashing

My discovery app keeps on crashing when I log in and this in turn stops me from using my discovery miles vouchers as well as my rewards. I reported this via email and got a reference ********** 988 to which there was a response but that did not help as I already did all these things before reporting my request. My biggest problem is that one can not reply to the email received so there is no way to talk to the same person to let them know that the problem is not resolved. The cherry on the cake is the feedback email requesting me to rate the response which crashes and does not allow one to give feedback. I have reported the problem again with reference ********** 127 on Friday 17 Nov and still not feedback. The app still crashes and I even tried various devices and all do the same so it is not my cellphone. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data all to no avail. If I log in with my wifes profile then it works but not on my profile. Please help
