Discovery app keeps crashing

My discovery app keeps on crashing when I log in and this in turn stops me from using my rewards voucher or syncing my S health steps to the app. I reported this via email and telephonically on numerous occasions. I have about 10 reference numbers. My biggest problem is that I need the step points to reach my vitality status and there is only 3 weeks left. On Play Store I received a reply that they will be rolling out a fix on 01/12, which did not happens. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data about 20 times already, all to no avail. I then emailed screen shots of my step counter to vitality to manually update my points, which they also did not do. Please help
