Discovery app - cannot login.

Cannot login. The app says cookies are enabled and signing in must be done via the desktop. There are no cookies applicable to the Discovery app!! When I login to the desktop version and try to get to my vitality details, I get refered back to the phone app!!! It’s like a government department. I tried talking to the Discovery help desk via *** but they are unable to help!!!
