what a load of ****, this is really a con and not a bank. i joined discovery bank to use the travel benefit as i was flight between provinces and thought there benefit is a great way to save some cost. what a load of BULL****, i bought a return ticket through vitality and when my meeting got cancelled i had to cancel my flights, i was able to cancel my 1 flight with SAFAIR however my CEMAIR flight did not allow me to do anything on the t&C they said that if you cancel you will get 50% back, vitality tells me i get nothing back because they must take deduct there cost as well. i spent over 2000 for a flight and did not even get 1rand back.
