Im so fed up with Discovery Vitality. I’ve been a client from almost the start. Over recent years I’ve seen a drastic decline in the rewards on discovery vitality. However the last 2 years Discovery have been down right ******* when it comes to paying promised rewards. I have logged many many request for review with no response from discovery. I was on Woolworths healthy food and Dischem healthy care, and normally only get half of the rewards I should get. I moved healthy food to Checkers with the hope that woolworths was the cause and now Im getting 10% of what I should get. I’m talking hundreds of rands per month over many many months equaling many thousands of rands over the last almost 2 years…. Everything in this country is so *******, with Discovery in the lead.
