Dealing with the *********** call centre consultants is mind blowing. One particular consultant called Viwe kept me waiting for over 15 minutes. Another called Trevor terminated my call. There appears to be a lack of knowledge and more training needs to be done. The total time spent on the phone was 40 minutes.
