Discover Vitality's new communication system sucks

Every week for the last 3 weeks I have atleast 1 workout that I was not allocated points for. Talking to their bots is infuriating. I finally get a message that I'm "talking" to a Zandile, give that person all the info and send a screenshot only to be cut off. When I message back I'm back in 10th place in the queue and nothing has been resolved. Please bring back email option.
