Discover a better bank, than DISCOVERY BANK RETARDS

Purchased a Flight Travel Ticket with a discovery Credit Card, using Vitality Travel on the 20th October 2021. I have been engaging since the 1st August 2023, for a refund. My broker informs me that "Vitality Travel" will not refund my Comair ticket. I am unable to claim from Comair as it was purchased through Vitality Travel.
