Dischem cashback not given

I sent vitialiy an email mentioning the following:<br> \It seems my dischem 25% cash back is not coming onto my dischem card:<br> 28 March 2015: Purchases at dischem for R721.94<br> 25 April 2015: Purchase at Dischem for R852.20<br> 25 April 2015: Purcahse at Dischem for R287.75<br> I went to dischem today (24/05/2015) and the balance on my card was R17. This means that the transaction for March and April have not been included on my card"<br> <br> I now received a response saying they have record of these transaction however non of the items qualify for the discount. I have the receipt for April but not March as proof. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous that I need to beg for my cash back"""
