DISCHEM CARD NOT CONNECTED AFTER MORE THAN 2 WEEKS

My husband and I have done all the steps online to ensure that we qualify for 25% cash back at Dischem. After 1 week when I enquired at Dischem they told me that Discovery Vitality has not linked me yet. I phoned on 26 February, Ref: *** and the lady was supposed to come back to me. To date I am still waiting. I phoned this morning and still I was not linked. How long still??? Pathetic service.
