Disappointed with poor service

I’ve been on Diamond status for the past three years (including by the end of 2025). My status currently reflects as Silver which is incorrect as I met all the requirements for Diamond by the end of 2025 (69,000). I called in several times to point out this discrepancy and each time the consultants told me different stories and I was promised this would be resolved. Nothing has been resolved and mind you, I have 2 other products with Discovery. Please solve this asap as I’m extremely disappointed
