Disappointed service and level of feedback

I have logged so many queries in connection with vitality Points not coming through since November 2018. They are not issuing points Latest Ref: 6 ********** 841

They have still not fixed my problem.

Seems they cant find my profile on the system. But they dont have a problem to find my profile to debit my bank account every month.
