Disappointed Client

I am so disappointed in discovery I thought they are different, agents would call you every day to get you as a client but when you need them to sort out an issue you have they all disappear I have send them 4 email over two weeks but still not response the app does not give you an option to talk to them and you can't even request a call back all I was promised was lies I regret moving from my old insurance
