DISAPPOINTED

<p>i always thought that discovery value there clients but now i can see that you ( discovery) does not and is not even interested in what are being said. i logged a hello peter complaint on fridaty and till date no-one ever called me back. Is it so difficult to answer a simple question. i even sent numerous email on the 22/11/2016 and still nothing. i will make sure that people do not opt for discovery again and rather use a different medical aid, because this is not only bad service but very unproffesional and unetical. i want you to go back to me emails as well as my hello peter complaint that i logged or i will take this further</p>
