Disappeared Discovery Miles - no urgency to resolve from Vitality

So last week all my Discovery Miles (3500+) disappeared off my App. Vitality call centre does not work over weekends so Monday was the first time that I could call to report it. All my miles disappeared, no warning, no 3 - 5 working day.... yet, your call centre just tells me to be patient and wait 3 - 5 working days for this query to be resolved! This is unacceptable service. This is not rocket science - my miles are gone, put it back - Why do I have to wait and be patient because of your incompetence!!! I am sick and tired of big corporate companies taking advantage of people!!! Clearly I'm not patient.... so what do I get in return for the total inconvenience of having to wait for this to be resolved in YOUR time???? I had plans to convert my points to a voucher that I wanted to spend for something specific over the weekend - needles to say, I couldn't do that!!!!
