DID NOT RECEIVE MY CASHBACK!!

When I joined Virgin Active in October I was told the promo is 'Train 28 Times' by end Jan and Discovery gives you R700 cash back.<br> <br> The app is faulty. I made my 28 Visits by end Jan - 2 visits not counted and it takes days to update!!<br> <br> 1// I DID NOT GET MY CASHBACK ??? <br> 2// My Healthy-gear Purchases also not reflecting!!!<br> 3// Also I have received a friend invite for Vitality Active Rewards and when I open the App it keeps giving me an error - yet I have the latest of everything!.
